WWRM

BadAss totally wants you learn how to listen to the WWRM on your computer! Right now, there are directions for iTunes (version 8 ) and Winamp (version 5.35). This page will be updated with other players ** and versions in the near future.

If you have iTunes 8:

1. At the top, click the Advanced menu.

2. From the menu, click Open Audio Stream.

3. In the URL box, copy and paste the following: http://radio.randolphcollege.edu:8000/listen.pls

4. Click OK.

5. The WWRM should now be playing. It will be called “WWRM- Randolph College.” In the future, if you want to access the WWRM again, simply find “WWRM- Randolph College” in your music library and double-click on it.

If you have Winamp 5.35:

1. Click the rectangle Add button at the bottom of the player (if you are using the “Classic” default look)

2. Click Add URL.

3. In the Open URL box, copy and paste the following: http://radio.randolphcollege.edu:8000/listen.pls

4. Click open.

5. The address will show up as an item on your playlist. Double-click it to start streaming. The name will change to WWRM- Randolph College.

6. In the future, you can access the WWRM by double-clicking it on your playlist. The station will show up each time you open Winamp as long as you do not delete it from the playlist.

If you have neither one of these, don’t want to open anything, and/or you’ll be damned if you’re downloading any program:

In the player below, push the Play button (triangle). Once playing, push the || button to stop. Click the speaker on the left and move the slider up/down to adjust volume.

** Unfortunately, the WWRM stream is not compatible with Windows Media Player at this time. Sorry for the incovenience.
